A transplant from Arkansas via Mississippi and Seattle, ARKANSLAYER has an overactive redneck-ish imagination and has no problem becoming confused by the myriad of possibilities that don’t yet exist. Hence his sociopathic nature, his deep, unabiding love for epic Heavy Metal, Neko Case, his knee-jerk spending habits, and his random bouts of apoplexy.

ARKANSLAYER has been associated with Le Derrick-teur and Skidsy since their days at Freewheel Bike, dropping out of contact on a frequent basis, and re-emerging with a new personality. The one constant in ARKANSLAYER’s association with Cat 6 is his love of spandex as this gives him the closest opportunity he will ever have to be a full-fledged member of 80’s-era Iron Maiden.
